Water Song Food and Beverage LLC were founded in 2019 by Cheng (Colin) Liang and Andrew Hinton. The impetus for the business was to create the best Chinese dining experience in the U.S. In the beginning, Water Song earned success in several pop-ups and temporary restaurant locations.
